Standard Service: turnaround time up to 5 days

Next Day Service: documents must be received by 3pm on the day prior to service.

Price includes all mileage, up to three service attempts, and an affidavit of service signed by the process server.

• Notarized Affidavit of Service (?)
• Personal Service/ Restricted Substitute Service (?)
• Printing of emailed documents 21 pages or more (?)

Terms of Service

The Flat Rate Fee is considered earned if any of the following events occur:

• The individual, corporation or other entity to be served has been served in compliance with Chapter 48 of the Florida Statutes that pertain to the Service of Process and, in cases involving process issued by a court other than a Florida court, in compliance also with that state’s laws that pertain to the service of process.
• The person to be served does not currently reside at the address provided by the client.
• The address provided by the client is vacant.
• Three unsuccessful attempts on different days and at different times of the day have been made to serve the documents.
