Our standard service with an average turnaround time of just 2-5 days.
Additional Services & Fees
Our standard service includes a return of service signed by the process server. Some states require a notarized affidavit of service. A $10 fee applies for a notarized affidavit of service.
States that require a notarized affidavit include, but are not limited to, the following:
Georgia
Michigan
Minnesota
Mississippi
New York
Oklahoma
South Carolina
All non-attorneys should consult with the clerk of court where the initial filing was made to determine if a notary is required on the return.
Service attempts at another Florida address other than the one originally designated for service.
Service of Process can ONLY be made by personally serving the named individual.
Terms of Service
Service of original process is made by delivering a copy of the legal proceeding to the person to be served with a copy of the complaint, petition, or other initial pleading or paper or by leaving the copies at his or her usual place of abode with any person residing therein who is 18 years of age or older and informing the person of their contents (Substitute Service.)
Routine and Rush service include up to 3 service attempts at one address . You will receive a signed affidavit of service from the process server.
Additional fees apply for Restricted Substitute Service, Notarized Affidavit of Service (required in some states), and Service at a Second Address.
